The data can also serve as a basis for market and customer analysis, market research, statistics, business follow-up and business and method development related to the purchase of goods and services.
SafeSack Scandinavia bases its processing of your personal data on a number of legal grounds. These are described in this section.
We process your personal data, among other things, in order to be able to fulfill the agreement with you as a customer, such as making bookings, buying and fulfilling our commitments through simplified administration and access to order history. On this legal basis, we also process information about our customers, such as purchasing, interaction with SafeSack Scandinavia AB and interest in our offers and products. This is so we can fulfill our commitment to provide our customers with relevant offers.
Part of the processing of personal data that we perform is based on a so-called balance of interests. This applies, for example, to the process we use to be able to send offers to you about our goods and services and to make limited groupings of customers, e.g. based on product category. SafeSack Scandinavia AB does not process sensitive personal data on the basis of a balance of interests and does not carry out any processing that constitutes profiling on the basis of a balance of interests.
In some cases, SafeSack Scandinavia AB may have a legal obligation to process personal data. This applies, for example, to the processing of personal data we perform in order to meet the legal requirements of the Swedish Accounting Act.
In addition to statutory time, SafeSack Scandinavia saves personal data for a maximum of 24 months after the person or company last interacted with SafeSack Scandinavia AB.
SafeSack Scandinavia AB may disclose your information to third parties, such as to its own group companies, other suppliers (e.g. freight companies) and authorities.
SafeSack is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. SafeSack will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. If we have registered information about you, you may request extracts from your personal data from our records at amy time.
